This Is Us season four hasn't even premiered and the show's most recent casting news already has us feeling all the emotions, namely a major cuteness overload. On July 24, the show's creator, Dan Fogelman, shared a photo of season four's newest cast members: the Big Three's preschool doppelgängers. His photo caption? "I am dead." And so are we - they're absolutely adorable!
While we don't yet have the names of the "little Big Three," we can already tell they're going to be a huge hit. As for the grown-up cast? Sterling K. Brown recently reacted to the news that he's been nominated for an Emmy for best lead actor in a drama series, alongside his co-star Milo Ventimiglia. Mandy Moore has also been nominated as best leading actress in a drama series, while the show itself has been nominated to receive the Emmy for best drama series.
In an interview at POPSUGAR Play/Ground, Moore revealed that her first script read with Ventimiglia was more romantic than we could have dreamed. "You're going into a room with a really handsome guy and you have to pretend to be husband and wife and you're pregnant with his three children," Moore recalled. "I felt immediately connected with him. I was like, 'Oh, wow, this is how it's supposed to feel.' It was great."
With Kate and Toby's relationship becoming more serious and the Pearson family getting even bigger, it seems like we have a lot more romantic moments coming our way. We'll also get a look at Jack and Rebecca's younger days, which means there's a lot of excitement and much-needed answers to look forward to.
Until we get another glimpse at the three cuties playing mini Kevin, Randall, and Kate, at least we can enjoy these adorable photos of the adult cast leading up to the highly anticipated Sept. 24 premiere of season four.
