‘This Is Us’: Goran Višnjić To Recur On NBC Drama

Timeless and ER alum Goran Višnjić is returning to NBC in a recurring role on drama series This Is Us.

Višnjić will play Vincent, a teacher of Beth’s (Susan Kelechi Watson). He’ll first appear in the episode focused on Beth’s backstory later this season.

The Dan Fogelman-created show has been Emmy nominated for Outstanding Drama Series for both of its first two seasons.

In addition to Watson, Milo Ventimiglia, Mandy Moore, Sterling K. Brown, Chrissy Metz, Justin Hartley, Chris Sullivan, Susan Kelechi Watson and Ron Cephas Jones star.

Produced by 20th Century Fox TV, This is Us is executive produced by creator Dan Fogelman, Isaac Aptaker, Elizabeth Berger, John Requa, Glenn Ficarra, Ken Olin, Charlie Gogolak and Jess Rosenthal.

Višnjić has a long history with NBC, having starred as Dr. Luka Kovac, in Emmy and Golden Globe-winning ER. He’s most recently coming off his role as Garcia Flynn in Timeless and will next be seen opposite Drew Barrymore in Santa Clarita Diet for Netflix. In film, Goran just wrapped shooting a lead role in Fatima, opposite Harvey Keitel and Sônia Braga, directed by Marco Pontecorvo. He’s repped by WME, Management 360 & Jackoway Austen Tyerman Wertheimer Mandelbaum Morris Bernstein Trattner & Klein.

This Is Us airs Tuesdays at 9 PM on NBC.
