Upstate New York Blanketed by Feet of Lake-Effect Snow

A historic storm dropped well over two feet of lake-effect snow in some locations in St Lawrence County, New York, the National Weather Service (NWS) said.

The NWS said it had received measurements of as much as 31 inches of snow in St Lawrence County by Saturday evening.

Michael Forrest said he took this footage in Morristown on Sunday morning, November 20. The NWS said it received a report of 10 inches from a trained storm spotter in Morristown.
