Unscripted TV Agent Lori York Exits ICM Partners

Lori York and ICM Partners have parted ways.

York had been with the percentery as a New York-based agent focusing on unscripted TV since 2011. She was upped to partner status in 2013.

The reason for the split is not clear. ICM declined comment and York could not immediately be reached for comment. York’s departure from the agency had been in the works for some time.

ICM’s unscripted TV department has been in transition the past few months after longtime leader Greg Lipstone exited in August for the CEO post at All3Media America.

Michael Kagan was promoted to take on Lipstone’s duties in the newly configured department overseeing international TV and media. Last month, ICM also hired Andy Stabile, an alum of Kaplan Stahler and CAA, as an agent in the department.

Before joining ICM, York spent six years as an agent at N.S. Bienstock. She’s also worked as a news producer and as a development exec at Spike TV.
