What is Unicorn World?

Unicorn World is a weekend-long event that offers unicorn-themed activities such as arts and crafts, dancing, bounce-houses, face painting, unicorn rides and unique photo opportunities with packages ranging from $50-$120, according to the website, theunicornworld.com.

The space will be split into different sections consisting of the enchanted unicorn forest, rainbow acres, magical market, galloping glen, bounce house village, glimmering games, grazing and arts and crafts, according to the website.

"It will be an interactive experience that allows attendees to experience life-sized animatronic unicorns and walk through a magical forest," Patrick Mines, event co-founder said in an email. Attendees will experience the unicorns "'breathe,' move and neigh!"

Where can I buy tickets and how much are they?

Tickets for both Saturday and Sunday can be found on Eventbrite, an event registration platform, where you are also expected to choose your desired time of entry.

For adults and children ages 2-17, general admission tickets are $30, while children under the age of 2 are free, according to the website.

To experience premium activities such as bounce houses and unicorn rides, you must purchase a $25 "unlimited ticket" in addition to the general admissions ticket.

Additional amenities such as the magical memento gift bag ($30) and the birthday surprise ($5) are available for purchase prior to, or at the event. The bounce houses and play area designated for children 2 and under do not require an additional ticket purchase.

All tickets are non-refundable and can't be exchanged.

All prices listed are before additional taxes.

Additional Information

Those attending the event can check out the Greater Columbus Convention Center's website, columbusconventions.com/park/directions-and-parking, for information on parking, Mines said in an email. The website provides a list of parking garages available to those who attend the event.

Attendees should arrive right on time during the time slot they chose when purchasing tickets to allow for crowd control, Mines said in an email. Once attendees are in the event, they are allowed to stay as long as they'd like until closing.
