In March 2024, Variety reported that Jamie Dornan would portray twins Adam and Lee in Netflix’s The Undertow. Mackenzie Davis will star opposite Dornan as Nicola. Iain De Caestecker and Gary Lewis are also part of the cast.
Sarah Dollard, Kam Odedra, Scout Cripps, and Hanna Jameson are part of the writers’ team. Jeremy Lovering will serve as the director. Both Dollard and Lovering will executive produce the series alongside Dornan. The production will reportedly begin in late 2024. So, we can speculate that The Undertow will come out in 2025 at the earliest.
