The two spend some romantic and intimate time together at the hotel. The two fall asleep together in a heart-fluttering moment.

The following day, the Korean Poker League, aka KPL, begins. Go Gun plays against many professional poker players and wins every match against them. With his extraordinary poker skills, he gets into the game’s final round. Meanwhile, his rival, Joo Tae Ha (Seo Ji Won), is also playing in the final round. He has won many poker competitions before and is a fierce competitor. After the final group round, Go Gun and Joo Tae Ha enter the championship finale.

Although it is a tough competition, Go Gun beats Joo Tae Ha in the finale and wins the Korean Poker League Championship. He wins 1 billion KRW prize money in the competition. Go Gun’s father is in the crowd, along with Cha Se Young. Both of them are incredibly proud of Go Gun. They all are ecstatic after Go Gun’s victory in the competition.

Then, in episode 6 (finale), the audience sees Go Gun being able to pay for the expensive treatment for his sister, who suffered from Leukemia. She finally gets better after the treatment. After that, Go Gun also started his everyday life in high school. Everyone at the school talks about him after winning the Korean Poker League. His father visits the school, and his teachers talk to him about Go Gun’s studies. It looks like Go Gun will no longer have to struggle to earn money after winning the competition.

At the end of Under the Gun, Go Gun goes to the seaside with Cha Se Young. The two of them spend some comforting time together at the sea beach. They both have deep romantic feelings for one another. The K-drama ends with confessing their feelings for one another and sharing a heartfelt kiss.
