The Donald J. Trump White House is full of leaks. Information flows out of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue like water through a sieve. It's so bad that this morning, President Trump unleashed a tweetstorm about leaks. But one of the latest stories to emerge from the corridors of power is juicier than all the rest: former press secretary Sean Spicer once stole a mini-fridge from his junior staffers.

Before he was cowering in the White House bushes, just a month into his tenure, Sean Spicer noticed something was lacking in his West Wing office: a refrigerator for his snacks, The Wall Street Journal reported. Despite making a cushy $179,700 government salary, Spicer had his eye on one refrigerator in particular: the mini-fridge located in the offices of junior research employees.

According to to Journal:

Less than a month into his new job, White House press secretary Sean Spicer needed to keep his food and drink cold. He wanted a mini-fridge.

He dispatched a top aide to a nearby executive office building where junior research employees are crammed into a room, surviving on Lean Cuisine frozen lunches. Mr. Spicer wants your icebox, the aide said, according to people familiar with the incident. They refused to give it up.

So Mr. Spicer waited until sundown-after his young staffers had left-to take matters into his own hands. He was spotted by a fellow White House official lugging the icebox down the White House driveway after 8 p.m.

Yes, that's right-like a reverse Batman who protects the powerful instead of the little guy, Spicer waited for the sun to set before absconding with his prized mini-fridge. While, sadly, no cameras managed to capture Spicer's theft on film, the internet has gifted us with @darth, who recreated the moment of the crime:
