Ultra Music Festival to Launch “Virtual Audio Festival” on SiriusXM

Earlier this month, Miami’s Ultra Music Festival was postponed due to concerns over the spread of coronavirus. The festival has now partnered with SiriusXM to launch UMF Radio, a new channel that will broadcast the “Ultra Virtual Audio Festival” beginning this Friday, March 20 at 5:00 p.m. ET.

According to a press release, the broadcast will feature exclusive live DJ sets from acts who were scheduled to perform at this year’s festival. Among those artists are Major Lazer, Afrojack, Armin van Buuren, Martin Garrix, Above & Beyond, and more. The station will also play past DJ sets from the festival.

Following along with Pitchfork’s updated list of tours and festivals canceled or postponed due to COVID-19.
