UC panel to host 3 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models ahead of Bearcats-Sooners showdown

This is an eventful week for the University of Cincinnati Bearcats.

Come noon Saturday, UC will play in its first Big 12 matchup with the Oklahoma Sooners. In the hours leading up to the much-anticipated contest, Fox's "Big Noon Kickoff" pregame show will take over Bearcats Commons.

And Thursday, the Big 12 Homecoming Tour begins its stop at UC by bringing three Sports Illustrated Swimsuit models to campus, with Christen Harper, Sixtine Rouyre and Ellie Thurmann slated to host a panel at Nippert Stadium.

The free event, taking place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., is part of the Be You Women's Empowerment series, promoting mental health awareness to students. Their panel is the second of the day and is scheduled to begin around noon.

Harper was named Sports Illustrated Swimsuit's co-Rookie of the Year last year, having been scouted during the brand's Swim Search annual casting call for aspiring models in 2021. Rouyre and Thurmann made their Sports Illustrated debuts in this year's swimsuit issue.
