Tyga and Blac Chyna have come to an agreement regarding the custody of their 11-year-old son, King Cairo.

The rapper, 34, and model, 35, are settling their longtime legal disputes with an amicable agreement.

TMZ was the first to report the story.

The outlet reported that a judge ordered Chyna, born Angela White, and Tyga, born Michael Stevenson, to use a program to monitor their co-parenting communications.

The two will also share joint and legal physical custody, including mutual decision-making on their son's health, education and general welfare. King will spend Monday through Friday with dad Tyga, and Friday through Monday with Chyna. Tyga will also not pay child support.

In documents obtained by PEOPLE in July, Chyna filed for a petition to determine a parental relationship with Tyga over their son. She claimed the relationship was established, she was requesting joint legal and physical custody.

At the time, Tyga responded to a post by The Shade Room about the filing, writing, "10 years later ... nah ... stick to ur schedule sat-mon."

In October, Chyna opened up about her recent custody filing in an interview with Nick Viall and Natalie Joy on their podcast The Viall Files. When asked about how co-parenting with her ex was going amidst the legal battle, she said she wanted to keep King’s routine as normal as possible.

"For the first four years of Kingy's life, I had him Monday through Friday, right?" Chyna said. "And then that's when I had became pregnant with Dream. And it was like the school, and this, and pregnant, and a new relationship ... it was like a lot for me. So then that's when our schedules had changed."

"So then I had King Friday, Saturday, Sunday and then drop him off to school Monday. So it was like the same amount of days but we just had to just kind of switch because of the schooling. I was like, I'm just going to be realistic with myself, and this was the best schedule for me," she continued.

"But other than that, it was all good until recently this year. And then it dawned on me what had even happened. Him like keeping King longer right after I did the case with the Kardashians. You get what I'm saying? So that's when he had kind of snuck that in there," claimed Cyna.

She later added that she “can’t wait” for the parents to agree, saying she wished things had been different.

Chyna is also mom to daughter Dream, 7, whom she shares with ex Rob Kardashian.
