Twitter hates the idea of Bristol Palin joining 'Teen Mom OG'

With Farrah Abraham out of the picture on Teen Mom OG, it was revealed that MTV has reportedly found her replacement. According to TMZ, Bristol Palin will be the newest member of the cast. Palin, who is now 27 years old with three children, gained a lot of media attention when her teen pregnancy was revealed during her mother Sarah Palin's unsuccessful run for Vice President in 2008. Palin was engaged to the baby's daddy, Levi Johnston, but then they broke off their engagement in 2009 and went into a lengthy custody battle, before they got re-engaged in 2010 and then called it off again three weeks later. Five years later, Palin became engaged to a former marine named Dakota Meyer, but then cancelled that engagement too, just before announcing she was expecting a second child with him. Eventually, she did get married to Meyer, and gave birth to her third child last year. Palin and Meyer filed for divorce earlier this year, but now they're back together. So, yeah. She's actually kind of perfect for Teen Mom. Interestingly, Twitter is not happy about the news. In fact, they hate the casting. One person tweeted:

While another person wrote:

And then there was this scathing tweet:

However, deep, deep into the hate tweets, there were some who were down for it. Like this person who tweeted:

MTV has yet to confirm the news, but we did hear from Teen Mom 2 cast member Kailyn Lowry, who tweeted, saying, "Bristol palin & cheyenne & Cory for teen mom og? Our producers sure know what to do."
