Twitter goes nuts over #BTSonAGT after the group performs ‘Idol’
South Korean boy band BTS opened up Wednesday’s America’s Got Talent live results show with a performance of their hit song “Idol,” which immediately opened up the floodgates on Twitter with #BTSonAGT. It began with sentiments similar to this:

But considering the hugely popular K-Pop supergroup won Billboard’s Top Social Artist award in 2017, it’s no wonder over a million tweets came in throughout the high-energy performance. Reactions ranged from the more straightforward, to a slightly more bold variety.
Seriously that was amazing.#BTSonAGT

Perhaps the most talked about moment among fans was a brief one that came after the song was over, when Kim Taehyung, also known as V, gave a little smile and look to the crowd.

Sadly the performance, and the tweets, had to come to an end.
