TVLine Items: Young Shakespeare Gets TNT Date, Lifetime Likes You and More

TNT has announced the premiere date for Will, its upcoming series about a young Shakespeare.

The period drama about a brilliant, tortured and wild William will premiere on Monday, July 10 at 9/8c. Set in Elizabethan England, the series will chronicle the lust, temptations and reckless behavior of the famous playwright (played by newcomer Laurie Davidson).

The cast also included Olivia DeJonge, Ewen Bremner (Banished), Colm Meaney (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine), Mattias Inwood (The Shannara Chronicles), Lukas Rolfe (Grantchester), Jamie Campbell Bower (Camelot) and Jasmin Savoy Brown (The Leftovers). Watch the trailer below:
