World on Fire was a World War II drama that followed the intertwining fates of ordinary people in multiple countries as they grappled with the effects of war on their everyday lives. Season 2 picked up in late 1940, taking viewers from the war-torn streets of Britain deep into Nazi Germany, the resistance within occupied France, and the brutal sands of the North African desert—where troops struggled to adapt to a very different kind of combat.

The cast included Lesley Manville, Helen Hunt, Sean Bean, Jonah Hauer-King, Blake Harrison, Julia Brown, Zofia Wichlacz, Parker Sawyers, Eugenie Derouand, Mark Bonnar, Gregg Sulkin, Ahad Raza Mir, Miriam Schiweck  and others.

World on Fire’s Season 2 finale aired Stateside on Nov. 19.
