Clayton Cardenas, who starred as Angel Reyes in the FX biker drama Mayans M.C., has snagged his next role.

The actor has been added to the Season 3 cast of Fox’s The Cleaning Lady, Deadline reports. He will portray Dante, Ramona’s (Kate del Castillo) trusted lieutenant described as “intense and authoritative with a dangerous edge.” Focused on protecting the business, Dante “grows increasingly aggravated with Thony (Élodie Yung), who constantly undermines their operations.”

Cardenas joins fellow newcomers Kate del Castillo and Santiago Cabrera, who were previously cast as series regulars for the upcoming season. Castillo will play Ramona Sanchez, a benevolent philanthropist, art collector and loving aunt who’s also shrewd, powerful and fiercely protective of her family, her business and her many dark secrets.

Meanwhile, Cabrera will portray her brother Jorge, a Harvard Law graduate and successful businessman using legitimate business fronts to launder money and serve as a fixer in his family’s organization.

* The Holdovers — which reunites filmmaker Alexander Payne with Sideways star Paul Giamatti — will make its streaming debut Friday, Dec. 29 on Peacock. The critically acclaimed movie tells the “holiday story of three lonely, shipwrecked people at a New England boarding school over winter break in 1970,” according to the official logline.

* Canadian comedy Run the Burbs, which was pulled by The CW midway through Season 2, will now reside on Hulu in the U.S., with the first two seasons launching Sunday, Dec. 31, Deadline reports.

* FX has released a teaser for FEUD: Capote Vs. the Swans, premiering Wednesday, Jan. 31 at 10/9c:

* Prime Video has released a 2024 sizzle reel, featuring footage from returning series The Boys, Invincible, Outer Range and Them; new series Expats, Fallout, Hazbin Hotel and Mr. & Mrs. Smith; and new movies including Role Play (starring Kaley Cuoco and David Oyelowo) and Jake Gyllenhaal’s Road House remake, among others:

*Netflix dropped a trailer for the docuseries Captains of the World, a follow-up to 2022’s Captains. Featuring behind-the-scenes footage and interviews with captains, prominent players and coaches, the show “explores the tragedies and triumphs of the 2022 FIFA World Cup,” per the official synopsis.
