WE TV Renews 'Joan & Melissa,' 'Tamar & Vince'

Make some room on the DVR for more divas on WE TV.

The cable network geared toward female viewers announced on Tuesday that it has renewed "Tamar & Vince" for a second season and "Joan & Melissa: Joan Knows Best?" for its fourth season.

"Tamar, Joan and Melissa are talented, refreshing women that we're delighted to have on WE TV for new seasons of their popular shows," WE TV's senior vice president of original production & development, Lauren Gellert, said in a statement.

"These are real women dealing with real issues in the scrutiny of the spotlight with style and grace, and we are so happy WE TV viewers will again be along for these entertaining rides."

Produced by Magical Elves, "Tamar & Vince" follows the relationship and music careers of Tamar Braxton, sister to Toni Braxton, who just had her first baby with Lady Gaga's manager Vincent Herbert. The pregnancy and new arrival will be a part of the show's sophomore season returning Thursday, Sept. 5 at 9/8c.

"Joan & Melissa's" fourth season will debut in early-2014 and will include some major life milestones: Joan's 80th birthday and Melissa considering adoption. It is produced by Pie Town Productions.

"Melissa and I are so excited," Joan said. "If you thought the first three seasons were wild, just wait until you see what's going to go on in Season 4."
