The Odd Couple and Jane the Virgin held steady in their returns.
The two series, which both kicked off their third seasons Monday, were relatively even from their season-two finale numbers. The Odd Couple was up two-tenths from its season-two finale, notching a 1.1 rating among adults 18-49. However, those numbers were down from the multicam's season-two premiere, which grabbed a 1.5 rating last spring airing behind The Big Bang Theory.
Jane the Virgin, now paired with new CW addition Supergirl at 8 p.m., returned to a 0.4 rating. Supergirl (0.9 rating), meanwhile, dipped two-tenths in week two.
Elsewhere on CBS, which will see the debut of Matt LeBlanc's new comedy Man With a Plan next week, the lineup was even. The Big Bang Theory, which moves back to Thursday on Oct. 27, drew a 3.4 rating, followed by Kevin Can Wait (2.1 adults), which earned a full-season pickup Monday.;2 Broke Girls (1.6 adults) and Scorpion (1.3 adults) were also on par.
On NBC, The Voice fell three-tenths to a 2.6 rating, while Timeless (1.5 adults) was flat at 10 p.m.
Dancing With the Stars (1.5 adults) and Conviction (0.8 adults) were both steady for ABC.
Fox also had a quiet night with even showings of Gotham and Lucifer, both of which notched a 1.1 rating.
