For comparison, the second episode of CBS’ “The World’s Best,” which also premiered after the Super Bowl in 2019, dropped off 75% to 5.6 million viewers from 22.2 million. So all things considered, “The Masked Singer,” which unmasked the Llama last night, didn’t fall off too precipitously.

The dating show slipped a little from Monday in both metrics. An episode of “Stumptown” followed it up with a 0.4 rating and 2.3 million total viewers, on par with its last episode from two weeks ago.

Over on NBC, the ever-reliable “Chicago” trifecta all came in at a 1.1 rating, even on last episode. “Chicago Med” drew the most pairs of eyeballs with 8.6 million, followed by “Fire” with 8.1 million and “P.D.” with 7.1 million.

CBS aired its “Survivor at 40” special, following a highly controversial season 39, to a 0.6 rating and 3.9 million viewers. Back-to-back episodes of “Criminal Minds” scored a 0.6 and a 0.5.

Finally on the CW, “Riverdale” and “Nancy Drew” both came in roughly even on last week, with the former scoring a 0.2 and 680,000 total viewers and the latter a 0.1 and 630,000.
