With so much to watch on TV, it can be difficult to plan ahead. But we’re here to help! Here are the five shows you won’t want to miss this week.

Better Call Saul: Monday, April 10, at 10 p.m. on AMC
Better call Gus! The Los Pollos Hermanos proprietor makes his grand entrance into the pre-Breaking Bad timeline in Saul‘s Season 3 (episode 2, to be exact), and Albuquerque will never be the same.

Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Return: Friday, April 14, on Netflix
The not-too-distant future is finally here: MST3K returns with 14 fresh episodes that mercilessly, and hilariously, rip apart 14 terrible movies. It’s about time we taught a whole new generation of kids how to talk back to the screen.

Doctor Who: Saturday, April 15, at 9 p.m. on BBC America
Peter Capaldi embarks on his final year as the time-and-space hopping doctor with a new companion (Pearl Mackie) and a new sense of purpose.

Iron Chef Gauntlet: Sunday, April 16, at 9 p.m. on Food Network
One of the first (and still the best) competitive cooking series returns with an all-new gameplay recipe that includes more challengers and more secret ingredients.

Girls: Sunday, April 16, at 10 p.m. on HBO
In between the season premieres of The Leftovers at 9 p.m. and Veep at 10:30 p.m., be sure to head across the Brooklyn Bridge one last time for the series finale of Lena Dunham’s always-provocative portrait of what it’s like to be young and directionless in the big city.
