Turnpike Troubadours announce winter date for Peoria Civic Center Arena

PEORIA — Today may be a long, hot summer day but it won't be when the Turnpike Troubadours come to town, according to a release.

The Turnpike Troubadours and special guests Ian Munsick and The Wild Feathers are scheduled to perform Saturday, Dec. 16 at the Peoria Civic Center, 201 S.W. Jefferson Ave., Peoria, Ill.

Tickets go on sale to the public at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 25 via at ticketmaster.com or in person from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday at the Toyota Box Office.

According to the release, the band announced an indefinite hiatus in 2019 but teased their return in November of 2021 and started announcing new shows in 2022. Turnpike Troubadours' new album “A Cat In The Rain” will be released on all platforms Aug. 25.
