Tuca & Bertie” Season 2 will premiere June 13 at 11:30 p.m. on Adult Swim, Variety has learned exclusively.

The animated series that sees comedians Tiffany Haddish and Ali Wong voice the respective characters was formerly a Netflix series. But after the streamer canceled it in 2019, Adult Swim swept in to revive the show.

The 10-episode second season will see Bertie trying to excavate her “inner ghouls” with the help of a therapist, while Tuca “prefers to stuff hers behind the toilet,” the network previews. While she may get to them later, her priority is trying to find someone to date. Meanwhile, Speckle (Steven Yeun) is busy building a new house, but soon finds he’s driven to the brink of insanity.

“We’re so excited to be on Adult Swim! I can’t wait for the world to see our girls Tuca and Bertie — and our main man Speckle — getting into some fresh nonsense this season,” said creator and executive producer Lisa Hanawalt.

In addition to Hanawalt, Raphael Bob-Waksberg, Noel Bright, Steven A. Cohen, Haddish and Wong also serve as executive producers. The series is produced by Michael Eisner’s The Tornante Company, and the animation is done at ShadowMachine.

While the first season of “Tuca & Bertie” has remained on Netflix, Adult Swim is the only place to see Season 2. The cabler has a long history of cult favorite animated series, from “The Boondocks” to “Rick and Morty,” and is a part of Warner Bros. Global Kids, Young Adults and Classics (GKYAC), which has a mission of being the premiere global provider of kids, family, young adult and classics content and brands.

Other upcoming series on Adult Swim include the Japanese anime style “Blade Runner: Black Lotus” and “Fena: Pirate Princess,” which areco-productions between the network and Crunchyroll and will be apart of the Toonami lineup later this year.
