Donald Trump gave the press a lengthy monologue Wednesday, offering a laundry list of accomplishments from his recently concluded two week tour of Asia.

It was a mostly dry affair — so dry in fact that Trump found himself in need of a drink midway through — though that proved more difficult than he likely anticipated.

“They don’t have water. That’s ok,” said Trump reaching down for a bottle of Fiji to the left of the podium.

Someone off-stage directed Trump to his right where the president ultimate found some H2O to sip from — which he proceeded to do.

Mundane? Yes. Of zero news value? Also yes.

Naturally the moment became instant Internet gold. Unflattering comparisons to Marco Rubio’s moment of dry-mouth in 2013 were common, something Trump has, himself, mocked on Twitter and during the campaign.

The Florida Senator led the trolling, but was far from alone.
