Trouble in paradise for another Hollywood relationship? Rumors are swirling that Julianne Hough and Brooks Laich may be suffering marital woes, with multiple sources claiming there are problems between the two.
Despite the fact that the couple looked completely loved up when Julianne picked up her husband from the airport yesterday, she was not wearing her wedding ring, and rumors have persisted.
Viewers of NBC's New Years Eve also noticed the Julianne wasn't wearing her wedding ring while hosting the show with Carson Daly.

They're Facing Marital Woes Because Julianne Is Changing
Sources have told People, “Julianne wants to become a new age, free-spirit, no boundaries guru, and she is living her life by this sort of ‘no limits, no rules’ mantra, and that doesn’t vibe with being a wife."
So, are Julianne and Brooks having issues now that the actress and dancer has seen some changes in herself?
Sources continued, “It’s still complicated because she loves Brooks and she always will — she just thinks she is a completely different person than she was when she married him. She’s had a total awakening and transformation, and it’s ongoing, and she isn’t able or interested in going back to who she was.”
While many people change throughout the course of their life and marriage, it seems that having struggles just two years in doesn't spell out a happy future for the couple.
They were Completely In Love
Despite rumors of problems in the marriage, sources have told Us that Brooks is completely enamored with his wife.
In April 2019, they said, “Brooks is a huge support system for (Julianne.) He’s the kindest man and so patient with her. He always has an intense look of love when they’re together. He looks at her like she’s the only person in the room.”
The couple was first introduced in December 2013 by Julianne's Curve co-star Teddy Sears, and apparently he had been trying to set them up for a long time.
They Began Dating In 2014
In 2014, Brooks told The Fan, “On set, apparently, he was talking with Julianne and asked her if she’d been seeing anyone, and she said no or whatever, and I guess he was watching our hockey game at the time. He always watches the game on Game Center on his iPad. I guess he just showed her the iPad and said, ‘Well, I’ve got a guy for you,’ or something.”
Though Brooks doesn't describe it in the most romantic way, the couple apparently became inseparable right away.
Julianne Revealed Her Sexuality
After meeting in February 2014, the couple had quite a whirlwind relationship, getting engaged by August 2015, and married in July 2017.
After they tied the knot, Julianne wrote on her Instagram, “I’m so grateful I get to spend forever with this incredibly kind, thoughtful, strong and adventurous man. I’m the luckiest woman in the world to be your wife!”
This past summer, Julianne revealed she was going through some emotional changes regarding her sexuality. She told Women's Health, “I (told Brooks), ‘You know I’m not straight, right?’ And he was like, ‘I’m sorry, what?’ I was like, ‘I’m not. But I choose to be with you.’”
What will become of Julianne and Brooks' marriage? We'll have to wait and see.
