Moreover, director Walt Dohrn, who has been involved in the Trolls franchise since the first film, expressed his opinion on the prospect of the fourth entry in the franchise. “I hope so and we’re ready to go,” he told Dexerto in October 2023. “We have so many ideas. At this point, we say it’s really up to the world. If the world wants more Trolls, we have it. I would love to see where Branch and Poppy’s relationship goes. We have tonnes of worlds you haven’t even seen before that we’re excited to build. So we’re ready to go.”
