According to Tristan Thompson’s ex, Jordan Craig, the athlete is very far behind on child support payments. In fact, Craig claims that the total he owes for their 6-year-old son, Prince, is almost a quarter of a million dollars.

In documents obtained by the Daily Mail, Craig, 32, filed a declaration in a Los Angeles court that states Thompson was making “either partial payments or missing child support payments altogether.”

At the same time, the basketball player had a yearly salary of $17.7 million. In addition to Prince, Thompson has two children with Khloe Kardashian and a son with Maralee Nichols.

Craig wants the court to withhold the athlete’s income from the Cleveland Cavaliers in the amount of $80,000 per month. She is requesting that the payments “stay in effect until the arrears are satisfied.”

“It is my belief that Tristan signed a ‘veteran’s minimum’ contract with the Cavaliers that pays him $2.7 million per year,” Craig stated. “The $80,000 request is certainly less than half of his monthly salary.”

Earlier this month, Prince’s aunt Kai Cyre called out Thompson for being a deadbeat dad after Kim Kardashian praised his parenting skills as well as his character in an episode of The Kardashians.

“It has been so hard to refrain from speaking up, and out of respect for my sister’s privacy I haven’t for over seven years, but this is just too much,’ Cyre said.

“The fact that he can take other children to school and activities in the same city, he never sees, or speaks to his own son, unless it’s for a party or planned photo opportunity, is appalling and inexcusable.”
