Triple H has seemingly invited Joel Embiid to WrestleMania 40 after the NBA star was fined for doing a “suck it” taunt.
Philadelphia 76ers Joel Embiid star somewhat paid tribute to D-Generation X by doing a “suck it” taunt during a game against the Philadelphia 76ers on October 29. The NBA then fined Embiid $35,000.

WWE Chief Content Officer responded to the news by giving Embiid a shout-out on Twitter and saying he knew a place where “suck it” taunts are welcome, and everyone will love it. He also noted that WrestleMania 40 will be in Philadelphia.

Embiid is the reigning NBA MVP. He was also fined for doing the “suck it” taunt during the 2022-23 season. Embiid had fun with the situation and shared a clip of himself doing the taunt to the DX theme. Triple H offered to help pay his fines so he could keep using the crotch chop.
Update: Embiid responded by saying he would love to, but he doesn’t think he will be in Philadelphia for WrestleMania.

WrestleMania 40 will be held on April 6-7, 2024, at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
