Trey Songz has found himself on the wrong end of another lawsuit. The 38-year-old singer is being sued by two women for sexual assault and battery which took place in 2015.

Per a Wednesday (Oct. 18) report from TMZ, the women first met the “Can’t Help But Wait” singer at his concert in June 2015 and were invited to his afterparty. In August of that year, they attended a birthday party at his home where they were required to give a password for entry and hand over their cell phones. Upon getting into the party, they realized it was mostly women and a few men.

The women were reportedly “pressured” to consume alcohol from unsealed bottles and began to feel intoxicated despite drinking what they called a “modest amount.” They suspected that they may have been drugged. Songz escorted them to a bedroom upstairs where they inevitably passed out with their clothes on. When they woke up, they were naked and he allegedly forced himself onto them.

One woman claims that Trey Songz gave her nonconsensual oral sex and when she tried to resist, he overpowered her. Another woman claims that she woke up to the Petersburg, VA., artist biting her nipple and inserting his fingers into her vagina.

From there, he allegedly demanded that they shower with him and, upon their declining, he became angry. “You are little f**king girls, get the f**k out of my house,” the father of one allegedly yelled. As they prepared to leave, Songz refused to give them their phones. Eventually, a security guard got involved, gave them their phones from a safe, and they were able to call an Uber and leave.

TMZ updated their story on Wednesday evening to include a quote from Trey Songz’s lawyer, Michael Freedman. “This is yet another example of nearly decade-old allegations being repurposed to take advantage of California’s constitutionally questionable new look back window,” he told TMZ. “We look forward to vindicating Trey on the merits in court.”

This comes a little over a month after Trey Songz and his legal team sought to have a $10 million lawsuit against him thrown out stemming from a 2013 incident, per a report from Radar Online. A woman claims the R&B singer groped her and exposed her breast while at the Foxwood Resort Casino in Connecticut. His team argued that the case was past its statute of limitations of three years.
