Trey Songz All Smiles After Being Accused Of Sexual Assault In $10 Million Lawsuit
Trey Songz appears unbothered after being hit with a $10 million-dollar lawsuit accusing him of sexual assault in a Miami nightclub.
Hours after the case was filed, Trey took to social media posting a photo of him smiling ear to ear. He captioned the post, “Blessed. Stressed less.”
The Shade Room pointed out Trey’s mother posted on Instagram after the accusations came out. She shared a quote that read “Abusive narcissist or victim? The real victim will search for help because they can’t stand the pain & suffering. The narcissist playing the role of the victim will seek pity with tales of the abuse they’ve endured. Their life is fine; there’s no pain, no abuse to overcome. Their only problems: they lost their meal ticket when the real victim got away.”
Trey has yet to publicly comment on the accusations.

As The Blast first reported, a Georgia woman using the pseudonym Jane Doe sued Trey for $10 million in Florida court.The suit states, “This is a lawsuit arising from a sexual assault and battery committed by NEVERSON upon JANE DOE while the two were partying at the E11even Miami night club (“E11even”) on January 1, 2018. This suit is based on claims of Assault, Battery, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress. Plaintiff is seeking more than Ten Million dollars ($10,000,000.00) in damages.”
Doe claims on January 1, 2018, Trey invited her to a club after spending New Year’s Eve together at Diddy’s home. She went to a VIP table where she says Trey , “sexually assaulted and battered JANE DOE by proceeding to forcefully place his hand under her dress, without her consent, and attempting to insert his fingers into JANE DOE’S vagina without her consent or permission.”
The woman claims, “Shortly after the incident with NEVERSON at E11even JANE DOE discovered that she was not NEVERSON’S only victim at E11even, as another female who was in attendance at the nightclub with the group confided to JANE DOE that NEVERSON had also put his hands down her pants and had placed his fingers into her buttocks without her consent earlier that same night.”
Doe is suing Trey for assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
