Trevor Noah tackles latest Trump Russia collusion revelation in Felix Sater’s email

On The Daily Show With Trevor Noah, Trevor Noah took a few punches at Donald Trump who has always been insistent that he has never had any connections to Russia. Trump has said, “I have nothing to do with Russia. Haven't made a phone call to Russia in years. Don't speak to people in Russia.” Trevor quipped, "I don't even know what a Russia is. I don't even know. On my map there's China, then there's white China. I don't even know about Russia." But some recent findings would make that seem otherwise. It came to light that Donald Trump secretly signed a letter of intent to build a Trump Tower skyscraper in Moscow. The revelations come from emails turned over to Congress Monday by Donald Trump's lawyer, Michael Cohen, spelling out Trump's involvement in trying to get a major real estate deal in Russia with what was going to be the tallest building in the world. This was at the same time he was running for president. “How can one person lie so big!” Noah exclaimed. It turns out the middleman for this deal was Russian born, Brooklyn raised, Felix Sater. The one-time FBI informant was also a convicted felon before working with Trump. And in emails between Sater and Trump’s lawyer, Sater’s message seemed pretty clear. Sater wrote, "Buddy, our boy can become president of the USA, and we can engineer it. I will get all of Putin's team to buy in on this." Noah said, “These people are so heavy handed, it's almost like the emails were composed by a porn writer. That's how blatant it is. ‘Hello, I just moved in next door, and I'm so horny for collusion.’” Only time will tell how this “Buddy boy” email will affect the current investigations on Russian collusion by Congress and separately by Robert Mueller.
