While they're currently expecting their first baby together (a boy!), Kardashian and Barker – who tied the knot a few times in 2022 – are hardly new to parenthood. The Poosh founder is mom to daughter Penelope, 10, and sons Reign Aston, 8, and Mason Dash, 13, whom she shares with ex Scott Disick. Barker has three children with ex Shanna Moakler: Landon, 19, daughter Alabama, 17, and stepdaughter Atiana, 24.

Kardashian first flaunted her baby bump at Barker's concert with his band Blink-182. She stood in the audience holding a sign that read, "Travis I'm Pregnant," a nod to the rock group's 1999 music video for their song "All The Small Things."

Barker's daughter, Alabama Barker, celebrated her blended family's incoming addition on her Instagram Story. The 17-year-old reposted Kardashian's video of the concert reveal and kept her caption simple, writing, "Baby #7."
