Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s romance never goes out of style!

On Friday, the pop star, 33, and Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, reunited in Argentina for a low-key date night. The two grabbed dinner in a private room at Elena, a restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel in Buenos Aires, and appeared to be joined by Swift's dad, Scott Kingsley Swift.

While it's not known what exactly they ate, Elena is well-known for their dry-aged meat, brasserie and charcuterie.

A source tells PEOPLE that the two "looked so cute on their low-key date night" and that "they also left holding hands." The source adds that "the crowd in the restaurant briefly cheered as they walked out" and that "Travis was beaming.”

Their outing occurred hours after the NFL star was seen exiting a jet at an airport near Buenos Aires. Although Kelce is currently in the middle of the football season, he was able to make the trip abroad due to his team being on their bye week.

All 32 teams in the NFL are entitled to the seven-day period in which they don't play in any games. The athlete used the free time on Thursday to support his Chiefs teammate Patrick Mahomes' fourth annual 15 and the Mahomies Foundation Gala.

As for Swift, Thursday marked the first night of the international leg of her Eras Tour. Insiders confirmed to PEOPLE that Kelce was making time in his schedule to attend Swift's tour in Argentina earlier this week.

Fan-recorded videos from Thursday night's show showed the Grammy winner performing “Labyrinth” for the first time during the “surprise songs” portion of her set. Being that the Midnights track features lyrics about "falling in love again," fans speculated that the song was added to her expansive set list thanks to her new romance.

The two were able to spend extra time together on Friday, being that the show had to be postponed due to inclement weather. Swift called the weather "truly chaotic" and said putting on the show would be "unsafe."

Kelce teased his trip abroad during the latest episode of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce. When his brother Jason asked him how he would be spending his bye week, he responded, “I might just say f--- it and just go somewhere nice, I don’t know. My skin’s getting real pale so I gotta go somewhere sunny.”

Eli Manning recently gave PEOPLE insight about NFL bye weeks, explaining that it is a "time to rest the body, rest the mind a little bit, recharge yourself to get ready for that second half of the season."
