It's time to get out the sunblock and beach hats, because the Selling Sunset franchise is headed to the California beaches of Orange County next.

The first teaser trailer for the Netflix spin-off series, which has been dubbed Selling the OC, was just released and features all the drama, tears, profanity-laced tirades — and yes, all of the luxe, beachside mansions — fans of the real estate docusoap would expect. Check that out below.

Selling the OC hails from Adam DiVello, the same creator and executive producer of Sunset (who is also the mastermind behind SoCal reality series Laguna Beach and The Hills). It follows a fresh set of realtors as they square off, competing to establish themselves at The Oppenheim Group's second office on the Orange County coast. Will the pressure prove too much for these agents to handle? The teaser suggests the answer is yes.

The series, which is produced by Done and Done Productions and Lionsgate, is the latest in a rapidly evolving world of Selling. In December, the real estate reality series Selling Tampa took viewers inside the glamorous world of luxury waterfront property on Florida's Suncoast. And, of course, season 5 of Selling Sunset — which focuses on Hollywood Hills brokerage the Oppenheim Group and all the drama between the brokers that comes along with it — debuted on Netflix in April (the reunion episode is out today!).

In addition to the teaser, Netflix has introduced all of the new series' agents, with links to their Instagrams to learn more:
