The previous chapter saw Traumerie acquire the Lo Po Bia family king from Endorsi. However, Enkidu stole it from them, who arrived just in time to confront his former friend, Traumerie. Enkidu accuses him of blaming him all those years ago. Meanwhile, Bam wakes up to confront Dumas and enters his body to rescue Khun and Rak.

Tower of God chapter 624 will focus on Bam, who has successfully entered Dumas’s body and is searching for his heart. The chapter will focus on their fight, as Bam’s only choice is to kill Dumas to escape with his friends. Tower of God chapter 623 recap: Enkidu confronts Traumerie about Ameuz’s death

The chapter continues from where the previous one left off, with Traumerie capturing Endorsi and demanding the chess piece. Traumerei and his guard search her body and are able to retrieve the Lo Po Bia family’s king.

However, it is snatched away by Enkidu, who appears in Bellerir’s body and confronts Traumerie, revealing his identity. Despite having no memory of Enkidu, the name resonates with Traumerie. Enkidu tells him to confess his sins from that night and finally admit that he was responsible for Ameuz’s death.

After hearing her name, Traumerie starts to slowly remember her and realizes she is the person he has been looking for in his dreams the whole time. Meanwhile, Gustang had entrusted Bam with Dumas to keep him there until his return. Bam slowly wakes up to find Dumas watching him. He attacks him and asks about the whereabouts of Khun and Rak, but Dumas tells him they are in his body. The latter tells him not to bother, as their hearts have practically stopped working.

This sends Bam into a fit of rage, and he attacks Dumas, looking to get into his body. However, Dumas is able to keep him at bay with his strength. Bam manages to enter Dumas’ body and begins searching for his heart to get to Khun and Rak. However, it presents a new problem, as Bam can only leave by dying or by killing Dumas. Tower of God chapter 623 ends with Bam confronting Dumas.
