Believe it or not, we’ve somehow made it to 2022 — and the fact of the matter is we’re still in the midst of a pandemic. If COVID-19 can get to the BTS boys, truly nothing can be taken for granted. Still, artists who spent the last two years on the shelf are itching to get back on the road, and fans remain eager to see them. As we’ve said before, it’s up to everyone involved to measure the risks for themselves and make their choices accordingly.

If you’re ready to take all the precautions necessary, there are plenty of major tours kicking off this month, and it’s not too late to snag last-minute or re-sale tickets. Among the highlights are Adele’s Las Vegas residency and tours from Kacey Musgraves, The War on Drugs, Monsta X, Tool, and Björk. Also hitting the road are comedian Lewis Black, Mammoth Van Halen and Dirty Honey, Alice Cooper, and Ghost and Volbeat.

Get all the details below.

Adele: Get Tickets via Ticketmaster

After returning with one of the best albums of 2021, Adele is taking on Las Vegas, where she will play a 12-week residency at the Caesars Palace Hotel. “Weekends with Adele” kicks off January 21st, and will feature the powerhouse singer performing a pair of shows each weekend through April 16th.

Alice Cooper: Get Tickets via Ticketmaster

Beginning January 28th, shock rock pioneer Alice Cooper will embark on an extended North American starting in Cincinnati, Ohio. Sandwiched around an appearance on the Monsters of Rock Cruise, the spring leg will see support from Buckcherry and run through April 23rd.

Björk: Get Tickets via Ticketmaster

Over the next few weeks, Björk will play a handful of (unsurprisingly) unique concerts in California and Florida. Beginning January 26th, the Icelandic wonder will bring her “Cornucopia” show to the West Coast for three shows at Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium and two at San Francisco’s Chase Center. Then in mid-February, she has a pair of orchestral gigs scheduled at the Arsht Center in Miami.

Ghost and Volbeat: Get Tickets via Ticketmaster

Swedish metal band Ghost are teaming up with Denmark’s Volbeat for a co-headlining US arena tour reflecting their rising status in the US of the past decade. The trek kicks off January 25th in Reno, Nevada, and runs through a March 3rd show in Anaheim, California.

Kacey Musgraves: Get Tickets via Ticketmaster

Coming off a whirlwind return with last year’s star-crossed, Kacey Musgraves is hitting the road for North American tour. The 15-city arena tour starts on January 19th in Saint Paul, Minnesota and includes stops in Chicago, Boston, New York City, and Dallas before wrapping in Toronto on February 25th.

Lewis Black: Get Tickets via Ticketmaster

Curmudgeonly comedian Lewis Black will head out on his “Off the Rail Tour” beginning January 21st and 22nd in Denver, Colorado. The 35-date trek will find the funnyman griping about the modern world (boy, does he have plenty of ammo these days) well into May, with stops in Atlanta, Chattanooga, Chicago, Napa, Minneapolis, and more on the docket. What’s more, the audience will get a chance to join in thanks to Black’s The Rant Is Due livestream show that ends each standup gig.

Mammoth WVH and Dirty Honey: Get Tickets via Ticketmaster

Teaming up with Dirty Honey for the co-headlining “Young Guns Tour,” Wolfgang Van Halen’s solo band Mammoth WVH will play 29 shows beginning on January 18th. They will perform in cities like Chicago, Toronto, and New York before making a final stop on March 5th in Indio, California.

Monsta X: Get Tickets via Ticketmaster

Following a monster 2021 that saw the K-pop stars releasing their new album, The Dreaming, Monsta X are finally ready to return to the road. Monbebe will get the chance to reunite with their idols beginning with a show at New York’s iconic Radio City Music Hall on January 29th. They’ll play a total of 13 North American gigs over the month-long tour, stopping in Toronto, Chicago, Boston, Atlantic City, Ft. Worth, and elsewhere before ending in Los Angeles on February 27th.

The War on Drugs: Get Tickets via Ticketmaster

With a number of year-end accolades and a November warmup gig under their belts, The War on Drugs are ready to hit the road behind their excellent new album, I Don’t Live Here Anymore. Adam Granduciel and his band will open big with a two-night stint at ACL Live in Austin, Texas on January 19th-20th. They’ll then go on to major venues like NYC’s Madison Square Garden, Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, Boston’s House of Blues, Seattle’s Paramount Theatre, and Los Angeles’ Shrine Auditorium, the latter of which marks their final North American stop on February 26th. March and April will see the band trekking through Europe.

Tool: Get Tickets via Ticketmaster

Tool’s massive worldwide tour spans from its kickoff date on January 10th in Eugene, Oregon all the way through May 24th in Budapest, Hungary. For the North American leg of the expansive trek, Blonde Redhead and The Acid Helps will split opening duties. This will be followed by the jaunt’s UK and Europe shows In April and May.
