Touré Says Diddy Terminated His Cousin’s Internship After Refusing To Sleep With Him

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused by Touré of rescinding an internship from his younger cousin after the intern declined Combs’ alleged sexual advance to “stay the night” with him.
On Wednesday (March 27), Toure appeared on Joy Reid’s The ReidOut, where he recalled a personal experience involving himself, a family member, and Combs that he says left him “disturbed” at the time.
The renowned journalist and author, who has covered Combs and his artists throughout his career, shared an instance in which he reached out to the Bad Boy founder in hopes of securing his younger cousin an internship with him, which Combs obliged.
“I know this man well enough to call him and say, ‘Hey, I need a favor,” Touré said of Combs. “This might have been 10, 12 years ago that I called him and said, ‘Hey, I have a family member who I want you to hire as an intern.’”
However, Toure says that his cousin mysteriously stopped working with Combs a few months after with no explanation. “And then the internship stopped abruptly, like three or four months into it. I spoke to my family member like, ‘What happened?’ And they wouldn’t say.”
While the family member was initially mum on what led to him ending his professional relationship with Combs, he eventually admitted to Touré that Combs gave the cousin an ultimatum to spend the night with him or have his internship terminated.
“Puff had said, ‘Come home, stay the night with me or the internship is over,’” Touré alleges. “And [the intern] said, ‘Absolutely not.’ And the internship ended. From there I was like, ‘Oh, this is how it goes. Okay.’ So to hear that things went even further with potentially, allegedly, [with] many other people, we feel like we’ve seen this coming.”
Combs has been hit with several lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and other salacious allegations including drug-fueled sexual romps and human trafficking. On Monday (March 25), the Department of Homeland Security raided two of Combs’ homes, but the mogul has not been arrested or charged with a crime and maintains his innocence amid the mounting allegations.
