Touché Amoré unveil new song “Deflector”: Stream

Post-hardcore band Touché Amoré have unleashed a new stand-alone single titled “Deflector”. The track comes ahead of a lengthy fall tour for the Los Angeles act.

For the new song, the band recruited renowned producer Ross Robinson (Korn, At the Drive-In), giving the track a grand sound while still capturing the raw emotion Touché Amoré have displayed throughout their career.

“This time around, we need to take a chance with the unfamiliar,” said singer Jeremy Bolm of the band’s approach to recording new music. “Someone who would take us out of our comfort zone. Enter Ross Robinson. A man who knows no comfort zone. I followed his career all through my youth to being a young adult. When we returned from our recent Midwest tour, we entered the studio to record a song with Ross and see if there was chemistry.”

As of now, it’s not immediately clear if Touché Amoré have begun working on a new full-length album, or if Robinson is producing a new LP. The band’s last studio album was 2016’s Stage Four.
