Toronto radio show giving away a free home

If you’re like many Canadians who can’t afford a home in the Greater Toronto Area, here’s your chance at a free one.

Toronto’s KiSS 92.5 is celebrating ten years of The Roz and Mocha show by giving away a home, the biggest prize in the radio station’s history.

The 1,268 square foot townhouse, provided by Sequoia Grove Homes, is located in Richmond Hill.

It features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a private rooftop terrace. It has second and third level balconies.

The kitchen includes integrated appliances, 10 foot ceilings, 8 foot interior doors, quartz countertops, and an exterior gas line for outdoor BBQ hook-up.

Keep in mind you won’t have to pay for anything extra should you win. In addition to the home, the winner gets $15,000 in cash for land transfer taxes and real estate and legal fees.

To enter, you have to listen to KiSS 92.5 on weekdays starting at 7 a.m. for a keyword, which you text to 925-555 every 92 minutes. If the station calls you back, you’re in the daily draw to win one of 92 keys. One of them will be the winning key that opens the door to the home.

You can also enter online, or follow @kiss925 and @sequoiagrovehomes on Instagram and stay tuned for details.

The contest is open only to Ontario residents that are 18 and over. Contest rules can be found here.
