Tori Spelling Signs With Abrams Artists; Matt Eskandari Joins Abrams’ Lit Department

Beverly Hills 90210 alum Tori Spelling has inked with Abrams Artists Agency for representation in its digital department. The department will support Spelling’s brand alliances with focus on expanding her brand and image across multiple social media platforms. The addition of Spelling bolstered the agency’s commitment to support traditional actors who are looking to segue their popularity and pop culture relevance into digital shows and brand alliances. Spelling, who recently starred alongside James Franco in the TV movie, Mother, May I Sleep with Danger?, will continue to be repped by ICM in all other areas.

Abrams Artists’ Literary Department has signed filmmaker Matt Eskandari, whose directorial debut horror thriller, Victim, premiered at Cannes and was distributed by IFC Films. Other credits include, Game Of Assassins, starring international stars Bai Ling and Dustin Nguyen, and his latest, the indie thriller, 12 Feet Deep, about two sisters who are unwittingly trapped under the fiberglass cover of an Olympic sized public pool, which was distributed by MarVista Entertainment.
