Tori Spelling pays tribute to late “90210” costar Luke Perry on what would've been his 57th birthday

Tori Spelling is remembering her late Beverly Hills, 90210 costar Luke Perry on what would've been his 57th birthday.

The actress shared a photo of her and Perry in all their '90s glory in an Instagram Story post Wednesday, wishing him a happy birthday.

"Could be a million people in the room but he always made you feel like you were the only one," wrote Spelling, 50. "Good kind humans are a rare breed. I don't know that many sadly. He was one."

She added, "Happy Birthday. Missing you always."

Spelling and Perry starred as rich girl Donna Martin and bad boy Dylan McKay on Beverly Hills, 90210, which ran nearly the entirety of the decade, from 1990 to 2000.

Perry died of a stroke in March 2019, at 52. Over the years, his costars have continued to remember and pay tribute to him. Recently, fellow 90210 alum Jennie Garth recalled one of her favorite scenes with Perry in an interview with Los Angeles magazine.

"[T]here was a rooftop pool scene at the Bel Age Hotel in the middle of the night," Garth said. "The water was supposed to be warm and it wasn't, so we requested the crew get in the pool with us, so that everybody was freezing at the same time. We had a good time!"

Garth, Spelling, and the rest of the 90210 cast often reunite, such as at '90s Con in Tampa, Fla., last month. There, the cast rallied behind Shannen Doherty, who is currently battling stage 4 breast cancer.
