Tori Spelling Forced To Turn Over '90210' Contract in $219,000 Legal Battle

Tori Spelling was forced to answer questions about her salary for the upcoming “90210” reboot in her $219,000 legal battle.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, City National Bank is asking a judge to seal certain portions of an upcoming filing in their ongoing legal battle with Tori and her husband Dean McDermott.

City National explains they need to include confidential information and details about Tori’s finances, that if released publicly could cause her harm. They say the details in the filing could harm Tori and Dean’s relationships with others in the industry, which could make it harder for them to get future gigs.

The bank has been trying to collect on $219k owed by Tori and Dean. They recently reached a deal where Tori agreed to hand over certain financial details as long as they were kept confidential. Tori handed over her “BH90210” contracts and salary details.

Per their deal, both parties agreed to keep those details under wraps. The motion suggests the bank is set to try and go after Tori’s reboot paychecks to collect on their money owed.

Earlier this year, Tori and Dean were officially served with legal docs by City National Bank.

The service relates to a financial examination that City National Bank wants to conduct over Tori and Dean’s finances. The bank originally sued the couple in 2016 over a $205k debt they refused to pay.

The actress – who stars in the “90210” reboot with former co-stars Jason Priestley, Jennie Garth, Ian Ziering, Gabrielle Carteris and Brian Austin Green – blew off the lawsuit and was hit with a default judgment of $219,796.66

Tori and Dean were ordered to appear in court for an examination of their finances to determine how City Bank can collect on their money.

The docs noted if Tori blows off the hearing she may be subject to arrest and punishment for contempt of court.

The case is ongoing.
