Top Tampa Bay area events for the week of Oct. 30-Nov. 5

Salute to American Heroes: Rita Cosby, an Emmy-winning TV host and daughter of a WWII POW, hosts this tribute with performances by Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Jimmie Allen and national recording artist Dave Bray. There will also be appearances by Paul Teutul Sr. of “Orange County Choppers” and Nate Boyer, a “Green Beret,” former NFL player and actor. BungalowFest: The 25th annual home tour showcases 10 homes. Savor St. Pete: The 11th annual food and wine festival returns, showcasing the flavors, culture and spirit of St. Petersburg. There will be personalities from area wineries, breweries, restaurants and national brands, interactive cooking demonstrations and food and drink samples.
