Earlier lastweek, comedian and actress Sherri Shepherd learned she would be getting a third season of her daytime talk show.
“So happy to keep bringing fun, joy, laughter and inspiration to you each day,” Sherri wrote on a post to Instagram sharing the news. “Thanks to everyone who supports our show! And thank you to the industry publications that have covered out good news!”
So it’s in the spirit of celebration, we’d like to congratulate the fairly new daytime talk show host by highlighting a few of our favorite moments from her first two seasons!

Now I don’t know about you, but the minute Smokey Robinson said his new album was going to be titled “Gasms,” my ears instantly perked up. And apparently I wasn’t the only one. We already told you how Sherri’s own appearance in the audience of that 1990 foreshadowed her own daytime talk show success. So it was only fitting and only right for Queen O herself to return the favor and make an appearance on Sherri’s own show. And to top it all off? I know it’s once been said that all somebody wanted for Christmas was their two front teeth, but for a shocked Sherri—she got the gift of a lifetime when music legend and icon Janet Jackson herself stopped by her show. The move came as a complete surprise and brought the eponymous host to tears. (Same, Sherri, same.)
