Tony Hawk Welcomes His Older Brother Steve to the Latest 'Hawk Vs. Wolf' Podcast
Tony Hawk’s older brother Steve recently sat down with Tony and Jason on a very special episode of the Hawk vs Wolf podcast and if you ask me, it's easily one of the best episodes yet.
They talk everything from Steve’s history with surfing to teaching Tony how to skate; the time Steve realized his little brother was different, random talk about Sea Lice (you'll see), Australian Shark Attacks, donating a skateboard to the Smithsonian and so much more.
This episode is extra special for any Hawk fans out there who didn't know Tony had a brother! The brotherly love (or rather, brotherly banter) is real and it's a serious treat seeing these two and Ellis sitting down and chatting it up. Stories for days!
As you'll learn, it's hard to deny how much of a positive influence Steve had on Tony at such a young age and it certainly played a role in molding Tony into the icon he is. And the fact that Steve is simply a legend in his own right makes it all that much cooler.
The mutual love and respect the Hawk brothers have for each other is really admirable. What wild lives they've both lived, you know? From those early childhood stories to seeing them in the studio together here, and all the memories they've made in between, their positivity is infectious and this was another great episode of Hawk vs Wolf.
