Toni Braxton Shares Tastefully Sexy “Birthday Suit” Photo As She Turns 56

Toni Braxton celebrated her 56th birthday Saturday (Oct. 7), taking to social media to share a tastefully sexy snap of herself in nothing but a loosely draped robe.
The black cover-up falls behind her while exposing her back in the photo, the singer using a bit of its fabric to also help cover her chest. “In my birthday suit…” she captioned the upload.
The singer was immediately met with praise and birthday wishes, including from her fellow Braxton sisters.
Sister Towanda wrote, “Well dag-gone Toni Braxton!,” followed by an eye-heart emoji, as sister Trina added, “Lovely!!!! Best BDAY photo EVER!!”
Their mother, Evelyn Braxton, was also sure to acknowledge the birthday girl, writing, “Go girl ❤️. Look at God❤️?.”
The “Breathe Again” singer has much to celebrate this year, as her Braxtoni Productions inked an all-encompassing deal with Lifetime and A&E in April.
“Lifetime has been home to my film and TV projects for the past decade,” said the “Un-break My Heart” singer in a statement at the time. “My team and I are looking forward to continued success with the network as we bring projects to life for the audience that has so graciously welcome us into their homes over the years.”
Braxton served as executive producer for Lifetime film A Christmas Spark and starred/executive produced two other features under their Fallen Angels Murder Club banner in 2022. She also executive produced her own Lifetime biopic, Toni Braxton: Unbreak My Heart (2016), starring Lex Scott Davis.
