The dance floor turned to (simulated) water for Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and HueningKai’s performance. Dancing together in shimmering suits, the boy band recalled the classic VMAs stage show of Michael Jackson before Anitta joined them for the song’s refrain: “I can see you coming back for more.”
TXT’s “Sugar Rush Ride” won the 2023 VMA for Push Performance of the Year. The group was also nominated for Best K-Pop, but that Moon Person went to Stray Kids. Earlier this year, the group teamed up with the Jonas Brothers for the single “Do It Like That,” and their next full-length, The Name Chapter: FREEFALL, is out October 13th. Learn everything we know about the band’s third studio album here.
In August, TOMORROW X TOGETHER became the first-ever K-pop group to headline Lollapalooza, and Consequence was there to cover the history-making event in full. Revisit our recap of their Chicago set here.
It’s also not too late to take home the TXT cover for yourself in our exclusive collector’s box, which includes over 40 pages of interviews, the main cover and five individuals spotlighting each member, photo prints, and some Consequence stickers — and new customers can grab everything at 10% off.
