Tom Sizemore remains in a coma more than a week after suffering a brain aneurysm, and a decision could soon come on his end-of-life care.

In a new update to TMZ, Sizemore’s manager, Charles Lago, said the actor’s condition has not improved since he was first hospitalized on Saturday, February 18th. As such, doctors have recommended an end-of-life plan to his family, and a statement on their decision is expected in the coming days.

“Today, doctors informed his family that there is no further hope and have recommended end of life decision,” Lago said in a statement. “The family is now deciding end of life matters and a further statement will be issued on Wednesday.”

“We are asking for privacy for his family during this difficult time and they wish to thank the hundreds of messages of prayers and support that have been received,” Lago added. “This has been a difficult time for them.”

Lago also revealed that Sizemore’s aneurysm was the result of a stroke, which caused him to collapse.

Sizemore is best known for his roles in films like Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down, Natural Born Killers, and Heat. His last notable performance came on David Lynch’s Twin Peaks revival in 2017.
