Tom Schwartz Asks Ex-Wife Katie Maloney For One-Night Stand

There was something in the air in San Fransisco other than what was coming off the bay. Vanderpump Rules ex-couple Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney were being super flirty. To the point that the Bravolebrity propositioned his ex-wife for one last fling.

Or perhaps the Schwartz & Sandy’s co-owner was just perceiving it as flirting in comparison to their usual interaction of put-downs.

Katie agreed that she and Schwartz are “friends” now

During the recent episode of Vanderpump Rules, Schwartz approached his ex-wife with a sense of ease, it seemed. At least he felt that he didn’t have to “tiptoe” around the group anymore.

“You like me again,” he said during the cast Roaring Twenties party.

Katie denied “liking” her ex-partner of a decade, but agreed after Schwartz pointed out, “We’re friends.”

However, she cautioned him not to “take it for granted.”

“I was just thinking. I had a crazy idea. We’re here in San Francisco. It’s a beautiful night. I know we’re divorced, but there’s certain elements I miss,” Tom propositioned. “I was thinking just one last time, tonight, me and you, one-night stand.”

Katie laughed in response, but her ex-husband was undeterred. He added, “Let me finish. I’m not joking. Katie, listen. Go back to my room. Hear me out. We’re going to order $150 minimum of junk food. We’re going to scroll aimlessly and we’re not going to talk at all. Just like we used to. That’s our thing.”

Katie declined. “I don’t want that. That’s almost too intimate,” she replied.

“You’re right,” Schwartz joked. “It’d be better if we just f**ked.”

Apparently, he’s been feeling “a little sentimental” recently about “the best parts” of being with Katie. Schwartz may need more of a reality check, but he left the ball in his ex-wife’s court.

“Dammit, I wish Gordo and Butters were here. I feel like they would seal the deal,” he added before suggesting Katie, “think about it.”

The VPR star discussed the whole conversation with producers in a confessional interview.

“I feel like Tom’s going to wake up five or six years from now and realize I was the one that got away,” Katie stated.

Perhaps it won’t even take that long.
