Tom Hanks paired his peanuts and Cracker Jacks with coffee.

The actor has a coffee brand of his own — and he brewed it while at a recent baseball game. Hanks, a noted Oakland Athletics fan, brought products from Hanx For Our Troops to MLB Opening Day on March 28.

Grinning ear-to-ear, the Oscar winner poured an instant coffee stick into a Hanx mug in the shot shared on Instagram.

“Two great American traditions: baseball and a good cuppa joe!” he wrote in the caption, also sharing a photo of Hanx products propped up on a ledge with the baseball stadium in the background.

Hanks launched the brand in 2022 with a clear mission. "We saw Hanx as a way to support Veterans and military families, as 100% of net profit will go to organizations that have proven to be of great aid to those who have served our country. Good products for good reasons,” Hanks wrote in a statement on the brand’s website.

Some foundations that Hanx has partnered with include the Headstrong Project, Hire Heroes USA, the Bob Woodruff Foundation and Student Veterans of America.

In addition to instant coffee, Hanx also sells ground coffee and pods.

Robert Downey Jr. joins Hanks as an Academy Award winner with a coffee business.

In January, the Oppenheimer star told PEOPLE about his happy coffee company, and how heavily he relies on coffee: “I credit coffee, in part, for my sanity.”

Every morning, “I roll out of bed, I hit my knees. I have one of several prayers, usually of gratitude or just being like, ‘Please let me stay out of my way.’ And then I roll downstairs for coffee,” said the actor, 58.
