Tom Cruise Allegedly Uses a Clever Trick To Appear Taller on Red Carpets & His Real Height Might Surprise You

With a pair of high heels, these ladies could easily look down upon someone who is 5 foot 7, but Cruise seems to defy this logic. These puzzling lack of height differences has led to a rather amusing conclusion: Tom Cruise might be employing some footwear practical effects, namely shoe lifts.

Shoe lifts, the unsung heroes of the footwear world, are discreet inserts designed to elevate one’s height by a few extra inches. They’re practically invisible, perfect for those seeking a subtle boost in stature. Cruise also seems to have a soft spot for Cuban heels, another clever trick adding an extra 2-3 inches.
